Why do you have password-protected areas on our website?

Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password.

What are your hours of operation?

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. Saturday we are open from 7:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Please call 252-535-3117 to book a convenient appointment time or you may use our on-line appointment scheduler to request a date and time.

What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open?

In an EMERGENCY, call 252-265-9920 for immediate assistance at E.C. Vets. E.C. Vets is a certified all night fully staffed veterinary facility. Your pet will be returned to our care the next morning. Check for a map to their facility at in the About Us section of this website under Our Hours.

Where is your clinic located?

We are conveniently located at 824 Julian R. Allsbrook Hwy. in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Just down from the intersection of Julian R. Allsbrook Hwy and 10th Street. Please visit The About Us section of this website for a map to our hospital or call us at 252-535-3117. Parking is available in front of our building.

How do I get my password?

If you are a client of our hospital, you may obtain your client password by calling our clinic directly at 252-535-3117. Our staff will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password.
