We provide many surgical services at our hospital including routine spay and neuters, a variety of soft-tissue surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries. We strongly recommend that preanesthetic examinations be completed one week prior to the surgery event. This allows your pet to be evaluated related to any hidden or pre-existing conditions. After a complete examination, we will perform a complete blood count and a blood chemistry profile to assess the health of your pet. An electrocardiogram will be used to evaluate cardiac function. Our desire is to perform the surgery with as little risk as possible by using the safest anesthetic protocol possible for your pet.
